Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial eligible subscription purchase. This period begins on the original order date. This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact support@indxflow.net with the email address and order reference used for your purchase. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, processes approved refunds.

You may cancel a monthly or annual subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation prevents the next automatic renewal. Unless otherwise required by law, access continues until the end of the current paid access period.

Cancellation does not automatically refund a previous payment. A refund must be requested separately and is assessed under the 14-day window and applicable consumer law.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date shown in your billing account. A renewal charge is not treated as cancelled merely because the service is no longer used.

During the limited-time annual offer, eligible customers pay for 12 months and receive 6 bonus months at no additional subscription charge, for 18 months total access. The offer ends 31 March 2027. Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not convert unused promotional access into cash or create a separate refund entitlement.

If you believe you were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount, contact Paddle through paddle.net or email our support team promptly. Include the order reference and a description of the issue, but never send complete card details.

If NOVAANTRA ends a paid service without cause before the end of its paid access period, we will address any refund required by law or the applicable order terms. Suspension or termination for material breach may affect access as described in our Terms of Service.
