Terms of Service

IndxFlow is an AI-powered CRM and business workflow platform developed and operated by NOVAANTRA for AI Systems Development (“NOVAANTRA”, “we”, “us”). You contract with NOVAANTRA when you use IndxFlow.

IndxFlow helps businesses manage leads, contacts, companies, opportunities and customer relationships while connecting CRM data with workflow automation, AI assistance, human approvals and business integrations.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan or continuing to use IndxFlow, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and, when acting for an organisation, have authority to bind it.

You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for authorised workspace users.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in the currency and amount shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund a historical payment; access ordinarily continues until the current paid access period ends.

Eligible annual purchases during the advertised promotion pay for 12 months and receive 6 additional months of access at no additional subscription charge, for 18 months total access. The offer ends 31 March 2027 unless extended or withdrawn for future purchases.

Refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. IndxFlow does not collect or store complete payment-card details and is not a bank, financial institution or payment processor.

Subject to these Terms and your selected plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use IndxFlow for your internal business activities. NOVAANTRA retains all rights in the service, software, documentation, branding and related intellectual property.

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. You must have the rights and permissions required for all content you submit.

You must not use IndxFlow unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; upload malware; probe or interfere with security; scrape the service; bypass technical limits; reverse engineer; resell or redistribute the service without permission; create deceptive deepfakes, hate content or illegal content; or attempt to defeat AI safety controls.

We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter AI output, and suspend access where reasonably necessary to address material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, repeated infringement, or serious policy violations.

AI features may summarise, classify, suggest, draft, analyse and assist with workflows. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for prompts, input rights, reviewing outputs and deciding how to use them.

AI output is not guaranteed professional, legal, financial, tax, accounting or other regulated advice. Human Approval means AI suggests or drafts, a person reviews and approves, and only then may an action continue. You remain responsible for important business decisions.

Rights-holder complaints may be sent to support@indxflow.net. We may remove infringing content and suspend repeat infringers.

Third-party integrations are governed by their own terms and availability. You authorise IndxFlow to exchange the information needed to perform an integration you enable. Customer invoice-payment tools connect users to licensed providers; IndxFlow does not hold customer funds or raw card data.

We work to keep IndxFlow available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOVAANTRA is not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, including lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability relating to IndxFlow will not exceed the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or liability for death or personal injury where applicable.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. On termination, your licence ends; data retention and deletion follow our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may change features or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or an appropriate contact channel. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
